Online registration closes on Friday May 15. After this date, registration MUST be MADE in person on the day of the race.
*All elementary-aged children must be accompanied by an adult on the course.
*Students must be 5 to 18-years-old to participate.
*Late registrants will receive t-shirts while supplies last, but shirts are not guaranteed.
Race Day Info
Join us for the 2015 Dallas ISD Superintendent’s Scholarship Run! The run will feature a certified 5K route that is 100 percent roads with neighborhoods and parks along the way. The one-mile fun run/walk is 100 percent roads, and strollers and wagons are welcome. No pets please. Both races will begin and end at Woodrow Wilson High School.*

Event Day Schedule
6:30 – 7:30 a.m. – Late Registration and Packet Pick Up
7:30 – 7:45 a.m. – Warm Up!
8:00 a.m. – One-Mile Fun Run/walk
8:30 a.m. – 5K Run
9:45 a.m. – 5K Awards Ceremony
9:45 a.m. – 5K and One-Mile Courses Close
Free parking for the event is available at Woodrow Wilson High School, 100 S. Glasgow Drive, with overflow parking available at JL Long Middle School, located next door at 6116 Reiger Ave.
First-, second- and third-place awards will be presented to both male and female 5K participants in the following age division brackets: 19 and under; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; and 60+.

Race Day Goody Bags and T-Shirts
All Early Registrants are guaranteed a Goody Bag and Race Day t-shirt. Late registrants will receive the same while supplies last.

The Dallas ISD Superintendent’s Scholarship Run has partnered with “Movin’ Picture” to provide professional race day photography. Participant’s names, bib numbers, and email addresses will be given to “Movin’ Pictures” to ensure that everyone receives race day memories to enjoy! Before and after your run, be sure to check out “Race Alley” for good food, music, entertainment, and photographs!
The event will feature something for everyone – from the dedicated runner to the family that wants to be active and get outdoors. “Race Alley” will feature activities for children and live music and various booths for adults to peruse and visit.
